Lawn cuts includes a weekly cut, trim, and blow of all lawn areas and hard surfaces. This services typically runs from May 1st – October 31st. Prices for lawn cuts start at $25/week (ask about even lower pricing with our next-door-neighbor discounts!).

Fertilizer is applied typically 3x per year (once in early Spring, once late Spring, and once in the Fall) to ensure that your lawn receives the proper nutrients every season. This, along with other lawn care services, will help to keep your lawn happy and healthy all year long. Pricing starts at $55 (Based on size of area).

Fiesta is an iron-based product that is used to combat weeds and abides by the pesticide ban laws in Ontario. Fiesta is applied 3x per year and helps to keep broad-leaf weeds (such as dandelions and thistles) under control, and along with other lawn care services, will help to keep your lawn weed free over the course of the year. Pricing starts at $55 (Based on size of area).

Aeration is the process of using a machine to remove small ‘plugs’ from the lawn. This is done to improve air-flow, and allow more moisture and nutrients to be absorbed in the soil. Aeration is particularly useful in areas with substantial clay in the soil, and helps to keep a lawn healthy particularly when coupled with seeding and fertilization. Pricing starts at $55 (Based on size of area).

Typically coupled with over-seeding, top-dressing is the process of adding existing soil to the lawn to add organic matter and nutrients, as well as smooth out any bumps or divots in the lawn. TIP: The most common mistake when top-dressing a lawn is not properly raking the soil into the lawn. If large clumps and/or piles of soil are left on the lawn, this will kill the grass underneath and you may be left with only the new seeds you’ve planted (if any). Typically coupled with top-dressing, over-seeding is the process of adding grass seeds to your lawn (usually and over-seeding mix consisting of a variety of grasses designed to blend into existing grass as quickly as possible). This is done to promote new grass growth, as well as improve the existing root system of the lawn. This is done with top-dressing as grass seeds need to have solid contact with soil to ensure proper growth, though similar results can be achieved with aeration. TIP: Ensure that grass seeds are properly watered for about 2 weeks after installation (water 1-2 times per day to keep soil most but not allow puddles). Always install grass seeds in the Spring or Fall, never during Summer. Pricing starts at $95 (Based on size of area).

Dethatching is the process of heavily raking the lawn to remove ‘thatch’, which is dead grass lying within the existing healthy grass. This helps give the healthy grass room to grow and spread into the dead areas. Pricing starts at $60 (Based on size of area and amount of thatch).

Re-sodding is the process of removing all existing turf (grass, weeds, plants, rocks etc.), levelling the desired area, adding and compacting fresh top-soil, and laying and compacting farm fresh Ontario grown Kentucky Bluegrass sod. This is the fastest and easiest way to completely solve any issues with your lawn or any other areas where grass is desired, and leaves you with a perfect new lawn upon completion. Pricing: $2.00-$3.75/sq.ft. (Depending on size of area),
